This entry is a followup to: 126423

No big loss that we didn't record EPICS data for fields; we don't
want the scan like this anyway.  We need to stop at one field and
be stable for a few minutes.

Proposal (indirectly from Paul Souder).  Tuesday Owl:
1. Do dipole scan with He4 and HAPPEX DAQ only.  1 hour.
2. Do low-density helium septum heating as planned.
3. Repeat dipole scan, this time with Alum dummy target (Paul
wants to see if we are at optimal kinematics to suppress Q.E.,
which may influence next year's plan.)
