    Followups:

    keyword=wrong septum set points

    The septum set points scaled by momentum (see HOWTO page)
    should be 294(L) and 288(R).  So, they are both 10% high at
    the moment.  I realize we ran Helium with R-arm exceptional at 10%
    high but I believe L-arm was nominal.  In any case, we'll need to
    adjust these and decide what is best to run as soon as possible.
    We will continue with "wrong" (+10%) values for now.
    
    I believe the decision tree is:
    1. Adjust septum, see what it does to septum cooling.  Probably
    not relevant for Left arm (not limited there) which is why we had
    left it at 0% during Helium.
    2. See what septum does to rates in detectors, taking care to 
    optimize alignment for each septum setting.
    3. Converge and decide in a reasonable time.  Get to production.
