After Chao did his work (PZT scan to check adiabatic damping
and I'm not sure what else) he asked us to check phase advance.
Beam modulation is on (tried many times) with Green Monstor
but I see no modulation.  MCC tried to restart a feedback server
on their end, but that did nothing.  It looks like "bmwobj" is -1
forever in the prompted root files. Maybe need to reboot crates ??

panquin has empty histograms for dithering and reports a 
complicated error for newditview_upd.macro, no doubt due to
empty histograms.

Runs 5601 thru 5604.
