This entry is a followup to: 156937

I have modified the detector weights in the happex2.misc .db file template. This should affect .db files for runs 5644 and later. The detector weights are changed to 0.8 0.2 1 1 as per Rich's suggestion (halog 156937).

I also updated the epics variables listed, to include Gun 2 PC HV (instead of Gun 3).
