This entry is a followup to: 212199
keyword=TACC vs event length.I managed to plot the DAQ rate (TACC) versus the average event
length in ROC3 and (separately) ROC4 -- averaged over the same
time interval (4 sec) as the scalers. I did this for run 1859
which I had studied earlier. There isn't much fluctuation in
event length when averaged this way, and it provides no explanation
for the glitches in deadtime. Hmm...
