This entry is a followup to: 227957

The funny shapes in the accumulators for Run 60317 are due to the beam current 
changing (it was 80 uA for most of the run, but 60 uA for part of it). Fig. 1 
shows these correlations for each accumulator.

Green histogram: Beam current > 75 uA
Red histogram: Beam current < 75 uA (unscaled)

The "ghost" peaks are thus due to beam current.
