    Followups:

    keyword=MWDC added to detector replay

    BigBite MWDC has been included into BigBite detector replay.

    To make detector replay symmetric to LHRS side, new script are added:

    replay_det_BB.C : Full Bigbite detector replay.
    replay_det_BB.odef : output define (Full Bigbite detectors)
    detectorBB.cfg : cp of old BB.cfg. Online display for Shower part
    mwdcBB.cfg : Online display for Bigbite MWDC
    Root File are renamed to e06010_det_BB_####.root
    Database is /adaqfs/home/bbsoftw/DB/20080908/db_BB.mwdc.dat

    Meanwhile, old test scripts, replay_BB.C, replay_BB.odef and BB.cfg are
    preserved for Kalyan's test work. They do not include MWDC.
