keyword=RICH added to detector replay

A crashing bug has been cleared from libRICH.so, and RICH has been integrated into detector replay. Modified/Added files include:

Modify : replay_det_L.C/replay_det_L.odef : Added RICH detector
New : richL.cfg : Online Display for RICH
New : /adaqfs/home/bbsoftw/DB/20080908/db_L.rich .dat
Modify : /adaqfs/home/bbsoftw/DB/20080908/db_cra temap.dat : inlcude crate 14-15 for RICH
Modify : /adaqfs/home/bbsoftw/software/rich_src/ libRICH.so : debug a mis-pointer error
