    I have moved the edtm pulser signal into the TDC in ROC 4, slot 13 (1877).
    The pulser signal's width was significantly less than 100 ns, which causes
    as problem with the PEC delay boxes. The edtm is now in the 78th channel.

    I also added a copy of the trigger signals from BigBite into channels
    64 to 71 for all eight main triggers being used for Transversity. I have
    updated the "db_DL.dat" data base to reflect these new channels.
