This entry is a followup to: 254097
keyword=R-HRS Cerenkov.More about the R-HRS Cerenkov. Essentially zero electrons seen
(or a Panglossian dozen) in 200K events (fig 1). Here I subtracted
pedestals by hand because the database is still wrong. Needs some
fine-tuning
If I remember Xiaochao's estimate, we only expected ~5 electrons
here (gulp!), hence not surprising.
