Removed the first scaler from the bigbite trigger supervisor (address 0xab1000). Made the appropriate changes in (and recompiled the binaries):

  ~a-onl/scaler/SIS3801_bbite/SIS3800.{c,h}

This screws up the scaler map by shifting all scalers over by one. Sorry... it was more convenient to do it this way, hardware wise. (I'm probably just apologizing to my future self.)

Added two caen830 scalers... (addresses: 0xa00000 and 0xa10000). Verified that they work with the library in (had to recompile the binaries for vxworks5.5 and added the "-mlongcall"):

  ~a-onl/scaler/caen830/

Plugged in a test signal in a few different channels and saw it move using the C830_Dump() routine.

There's 3 SIS380? modules now on the shelf by the BB computers, waiting for Bob to put them in the RightHRS.
