    Followups:

    keyword=mods to BB scalers

    Bryan removed slot0, so I removed this in software. The first slot,
    starting from the left in the crate, is now slot1. This has the
    advantage that the maps and software that use normalization scalers
    (slots 4-8) basically don't need to change.

    I added the Caen 830 scalers as slots 9,10. I added them to the server
    in ~a-onl/scaler/bbite/scaser.c and scaler2.h

    This also affected

    1. scaler.map in ~adaq/e05102/scaler (type "goxscaler" to get there)

    Added CAEN 830, dropped slot0, the long descriptions of the pages are
    generic, like the following. Feel free to change these labels.
    'BigBite SIS3800 on far left'
    'BigBite C830 2nd from right'

    2. THaScaler.C in ~adaq/e05102/scaler/hana_scaler
    the onlmap for bbite starts at 1 rather than 0 now (awkward).

    -> recompiled xscaler.

    3. There are two new tabs in xscaler (driven by scaler.map)
    labelled 'C830'. Feel free to change these names.

    Tests done:
    I used a pulser to spot-check the 1st two SIS3800 and the two C830.
    The data shows up the right way in both xscaler and with "scread".
    The clear function works.
    I did not check the norm scalers yet, but nothing changed there.
    It should be checked at some point.

    We should be ready to go !
