1. Production runs 2699/21603 are stopped early for the spin flip

2. Target Field Correction Coil is turned off

3. The field was rotated to Transverse- (45-Degree-Step) and the Q-wave plates were set to "spin down" direction to pump the 3He spin to Transverse+ which is anti-parallel to the field direction.

4. Last Trans+ EPR Calibration constant (Halog 274918, 1.79%/mV) is loaded

5. Do NMR, Pol. = 54.3%. Confirm of sign change

Special Note: The spin signal to DAQ is still kept as "Spin down"; so working gated scalar pairs are not changed
