    Followups:

    keyword=Spin Signal Changed from "-" to "+" before production 2701/21605

    It appears that Yi and Doug made an deal to set spin signal to "+" while target spin is along Transverse + direction. Therefore, spin signal is also flipped before production 2701/21605. The "spin +" pair of gated scalars are now active, while the minus bands are disabled.
