After we changed fibers for the JLab and Rutgers laser we did
the power test for both lasers:

RUTGERS:

If we compare new and old numbers we can see, that lasers
work "better" now. This is understandable since we changed
the fibers.  

The RUTGERS laser is now attached to cable N6 since old fiber 
cable N9 was completely damaged. W&M laser is connected to fiber N8,
while JLAB laser is still connected to fiber N7 although
this fiber is not very good.
