    When we run PVDIS the rates will be few hundred kHz, so we'll need to prescale anyway.
    The right way to look at the FADC restriction is that it limits the max rate. With FADC the
    max rate is ~300 Hz, and without it it is the usual 2 kHz. Either way the DT will actually be
    small because of the prescaling.
