Plotted is the sync signal versus pitadac (12-bit DAC value from CH crate) 
versus time. The top left plot shows a weird dip in the rsync1 signal. The 
other three plots (chsync1, chsync2 and rsync2) show what they should look like.

Correlation looks fine.

So do we have a faulty scaler???
