This entry is a followup to: 296940

Yesterday at 14:10 I made a change to the happex3_ts.crl code
to remove the call to adc18_softreset in partrig.  (Now I can't
find a halog entry about it.)  Since that time the two problems 
that had been noted with ADC18 have disappeared.  All the data I
spot-checked since yesterday looks good.
