With a lot of help from Vince, I traced the BPM4A/B signals. They are all fine 
going into the adc. During HAPPEX run, RHRS BPM4A mysteriously stopped working. 
Maybe it was a bad connection somewhere or a cable came loose. Whatever the 
problem was, it seems to have been fixed now. All the BPM4A/Bs are working fine 
now. 

When BPM4A was not working, the spot++ rootfile did not have any signal on the 
3rd BPM4A.
