Bill Gunning just called me to talk about the raster problem we encountered during the hours prior to the second power outage. He said that it sounds like all the raster settings were not properly reloaded after the ioc reboot to fix the harp scan date problem. There are some extra steps that needed to be done by MCC operators after rebooting the ioc tied to the raster system and that these steps will likely be done properly for the upcoming beam delivery...If we have any problems with the raster, he said that we can call/page him anytime. I will follow up on this issue when beam is restored to the hall.
