Followups:
keyword=HV status on RHRSDiancheng and I have been trying to ramp up HV on right HRS. Most channel ramp up OK.
It seems HV could not be brought up on slot 13. Diancheng went to Hall to check it before sweeping. He might follow up a log further describe the problem
Besides, on shower HV chan 4.10, there are HV voltage, which current read back is ~0uA. Suspecting a loose HV cable on it.
On slot 14, gas cer slot, default HV on chan 14.0 14.4 was set to 0V. Maybe there is a good reason not to turn them on? I will leave them off conservatively. Also there is 0 current read back on chan14.7.
