    keyword=RHRS HV slot 13 not working

    Checked the RHRS HV crate slot 13(Preshower HVs). All the preshower HV cables are well plugged in. I can see that the lights for all other slots are on except for this one. All the channels are enabled and the HV limits are 3120 for this slot, but still can not turn on the HVs. Not sure what the problem is. Will check tomorrow.
