    Followups:

    keyword=scaler gating issues

    Diancheng, Ramesh, Bob

    Took access and found the GMN2 signal unplugged and dangling in
    front of the NIM/ECL that sent it elsewhere. We plugged it back in.
    This means the R-arm data we were taking was bad because we were
    integrating over the helicity transition period (it has transients).

    I have to leave now, while Ramesh and Diancheng sort out the
    polarity issues. It seems there are some flipped cables, etc.
    Hopefully they will post a follow-up.

    Just to remind about scalers: The 4th input is a VETO. This means
    if the signal is logical-true it won't count. (If you have no signal
    there it will count forever.) From this you can tell what polarity
    is needed.

    We've agreed that a future diagnostic will be to plot the measured
    integration time minus expected value. If 0 or 1 count, it's fine.
    If much more (or less ?) it's a problem.
