FB_A:pause on for a long time, not sure why

The early part of the chart when the FB_A:pause is on for a brief period and stays off for a much longer is characteristic of a regular dithering cycle. However, at about 3:40 am FB_A:pause failed to unpause. Not sure why. Network problems? Unfortunately we did not have the errors being written into a log file. So dont know what caused the hung up. It was hung up until 10:15 am (??) according to the archiver, until I ran another dithering cycle. Then it is back to unpaused state again. For some reason, the archiver is missing a chunk of data as well. So we can't tell for sure whether the FB_A:pause was actually paused or not. However, during the period for which the archiver is missing data, the Hall A Fast FB Control seem to indicate that we were in the unpaused (run) state, presumably because the dithering had been turned off and FB was working fine, according to MCC accounts.
