following plots show the scaler overflow problem that Bob mentioned for
bcm x3. Also for the right arm, bcmu1 is not plugged in or the scaler map
is wrong, which leads the average current reading from bcm x1 to be half
the actual beam current. (In detail, the average current is calibrated by
the average of bcm u1 and d1).
