Sieve pattern looks crazy on both L-HRS and R-HRS.
Although it shouldn't matter much, we notice the septum
magnet was set 1.5% too high along with the main HRS dipole.
I think you want to leave septum alone (it matches
the 5 degrees to 12.5 degrees). We set the current
to 719.3 Amps. But this didn't change the picture.
Runs 26776 and 6189.
sieve still looks weird. fig 1. notice the extremely
broad range in angles. The histogram limits are normally
much smaller.
