    If you want the reconstruction tensor to work consistently, you MUST set the septum, the dipole, and the quads for the same central momentum. That means if you raise the dipole 1.5% you must also raise the septum (and the quads) 1.5%. Otherwise you get a whole new optics at the new settings.
