All with Pb/D tgt 3. Tsettle always 100.
1. Free clock, 120 Hz, Quartet, Tstable 8230, unsynched raster
2. Same as 1, but use pattern synch (aka QRT) to synch raster.
3. Same as 2, but use Tstable = 8233.35 (using reprogrammed feature)
