Run plan for the next few hours:

All with Pb/D tgt 3. Tsettle always 100.

1. Free clock, 120 Hz, Quartet, Tstable 8230, unsynched raster

2. Same as 1, but use pattern synch (aka QRT) to synch raster.

3. Same as 2, but use Tstable = 8233.35 (using reprogrammed feature)
Raster synched by pattern synch.

4. Line synch (instead of free clock), still 120 Hz, Quartet.
In this case, Tstable is internally generated (= 1/120 - Tsettle).
Raster synched by pattern synch.
