keyword=comment about raster syncFig 1 shows some impressions about the jitter of the raster
pattern relative to the synch pulse. The "published" jitter
is 1 usec, according to Chen Yan's document. It looks like
that's what we get for the free clock mode on the helicity
control board, but for the line synch mode the jitter is
much bigger.
