This entry is a followup to: 346043

The crate resets for the Fastbus crates have been tested and all work.  But
first I had to remove the SFI unit from ROC 9, since the jumper was 
incorrect to accept the reset signal.  After changing the jumper, ROC 9
now resets remotely.  

Thanks to Tai for assisting me in protecting the wire chamber ribbon 
cables during the procedure.
