    Followups:

    keyword=Left arm EDTM Setup

    I was able to simulate the T3 trigger with the EDTM system on the Left
    HRS. For S2m, I took the back output from the S1 module to fan-out to
    the splitter boxes on the detector. This helps ensure that the T3
    simulated trigger has a rate of about 12.5 Hz. For some reason, the back
    output from the S2 module was only 5 Hz. I assume the prescale was being
    set differently for this module.

    With this setup, I found that the simulated "OR" of S2m came about 90 ns
     after the "OR" of S1 at the location that T3 is formed. I added the
    parameter DLefT_S2M in the edtmsetup file and set it to 50. With this
    delay in the S1 EDTM signal, the "OR" of S1 EDTM now comes about 40 ns
    before the "OR" of the S2m EDTM. This is the opposite way compared to
    how T1 is set on the right arm. We probably should change T1 so that
    the S2m "OR" comes after the S1 "OR".

    btw for cosmics, S1 "OR" comes about 30 ns before the S2m "OR" for T3.
