I modified the script to automatically update the db_run.dat database for 
the analyzer at the start of every run.  The script has been enabled in
the epicsRunStart script.  I have tested the code and it works from the
command line, but I need a new run to start to make sure it works in real
time.

The script will write beam energy, left and right HRS momentum and angle,
and BigBite parameters for the optics module.  The target mass is selected
from the target position EPICS variable.

For the beam energy, the HallA:p variable is incorrect, so I used the set
energy instead.  It should be within 1-2 MeV of the real energy.
