This entry is a followup to: 346754

I found a small mistype in the epicsRunStart script that was causing the 
automatic update script for the db_run.dat database to core dump.  I fixed
the typo and it appears to work fine.  Hence, since the code went into 
affect there was no entry for runs 1288-1290.  When I ran the code by hand,
an entry was created for run 1290 during the run.  I corrected the time
stamp so that the analyzer will grab the correct information for that run.
