I double check the timing or LHRS while I am working on Pion Rejectors, and I found that the L1A comes about 40ns later than retiming signal. We require the retiming signal to be 30ns later than L1A, which means that L1A has been delayed about 70ns more before it is sent to LHRS. I remembered Vince delay the L1A by 74ns in the wieldment, so I don't know whether that is the reason or not. I am not going to change anything before Vince double check the timing.
