keyword=Added 1881 ADC in slot 22 for ROC 3
I added this ADC by extending the block to slot 22.
Previous crl was saved in sfi3.crl-orig-Feb-25-2011.crl in the crl directory.
I added an entry for slot 22 in ped3.dat and set the pedestal threshold
to 10 on all channels.
It will be good to update the pedestals for this ADC.
