This entry is a followup to: 358826

btw, I forgot to mention that I checked the ADC gate compared to a S1
ADC signal.  The signal came about 100 ns before the rising edge of the
gate.  However, this is after the signal came back up from the patch panel
on a cable that is about 24-30 ns long, and before the gate goes to the 
ADC front panel.  I estimate the ADC signal comes about 150 ns or more 
before the ADC gate rises.  The R-HRS ADC gate is about 300 ns long.
