keyword=R-HRS lower crate fixes itself ?!I naively plugged the HV cards back into the lower HV crate and
they all worked at some fairly HV and for about 20 min are stable.
We can try to use it, but I'm nervous about this. Maybe something
cooled off while I had the power off ? Inexplicable ! But I suspect
it will happen again.
