General HOWTO for DocDB
You want to add a document to the DocDB for a collaboration meeting or whatever.
Login to the private DocDB
https://prex.jlab.org/cgi-bin/DocDB/private/DocumentDatabase
Login with JLab CUE username and password.
Click "New" at top -- this goes to Document Addition.

(If you don't see "New" it probably means that an admin needs to
add you to the PREX group.)
If you want the document to be on the public DocDB, select
"Public" in "Can View". I think we can leave documents "private"
until we formulate a policy about what can be public.
It looks like "Can Modify" cannot include "JLab" -- you get
an error when you submit, the error is
"JLab not currently allowed to modify documents."
So, deselect JLab (it's selected by default).
You might get other errors like if you didn't add a "topic".
For me, I saw that I had created Document number PREX-doc-17-v1
and that number appears in top left of "ProcessDocumentAdd"
Finally, go to the meeting page, in my case it was
https://prex.jlab.org/cgi-bin/DocDB/public/DisplayMeeting?conferenceid=2
However, remember to switch "public" to "private" in this link,
otherwise you cannot edit.
Click "Edit" next to your name. Near the bottom you will see
"The following documents are possible matches ..."
and click the relevant document to add it.
There might be a faster way; if so, let me know and I'll
update these instructions.
