 Constructor
Int_t ReadDatabase(const TDatime& date)
 Read this detector's parameters from the database file 'fi'.
 This function is called by THaDetectorBase::Init() once at the
 beginning of the analysis.
 'date' contains the date/time of the run being analyzed.
