    keyword=Hydrogen elastic runs

    We realized that for the elastic run at 14 degrees that since the protons are going through about 7.5cm of LH2 the energy loss for Tp=149 is about 7 MeV. This translates to about a 2% momentum shift. So basically the "-2%" is actually -4% . The same thing will probably happen at 18 deg but I am not sure of the target width.
