Yoomin effect of radiative correction
After correction : cross section is 10 % higher
dp and dpkin are equal for point target ? Angular dependence taken in dpkin
Forward radation instead of radiative correction, check correction not using reconstruction ( can get double counting there )
Latest optics database by Huan
Check forward data and come to backward for cross checks
Acceptance effects not taken into account, need to check with acceptance function

physics effect need to take into account correlation for dp/y, sieve slit cut and dp cut
Optics data at 400 MeV improved
