- one ribbon cable damaged need to be replaced might be hodoscope or GRINCH
- HCAL : will try to add VETROC in HCAL crate for F1 redundancy
- HCal FADC trigger
- Hanjie made a first synthesis of FPGA code - latency can be improved - working with Ben to improve
- ran code in C and synthesis in VHDL
- Jiwan can help Hanjie when trying to run on HCAL VTP crates
- Bogdan asked to Bill Henry if need TDC for active polarimeter, 48 + 32 = 80 - will check with David and Bill - Next GEn RP meeting Jan 5th at 9 AM
