    • HV crate still being shipped
    • continue taking cosmics overnight, doing ok
    • look for one scaler and setup
    • Glasgow will be onsite late July early August
  • GEM
    • BB GEM ready
    • finishing work on HV
    • switched on ArCO2 and taking
    • SBS GEM platform will be placed today
    • DAQ computer moved to counting house and plugged in network : need to switch to DAQ network
  • Beamline
    • raster has suitable configuration, will try one more waveform
  • HCal
    • need Sebastian to follow on double peaking in timing

• Procurement for DAQ
  • start discussion of items we want to procure before of fiscal year, need to prioritize items
    • HV for GEM : 1 parallel HV supply can power 3 chambers in parallel, 16 x 3 = 48 - need patch channel -
    • TI modules for ECal : need 15 still shortage of FPGAs - completly new TI would need
    • VTPs
