Simona:
- Copper target successfully installed by D. Meekins.
- Target motion mechanism change made and tested for two hours. Encoder and stepper motor position now agree.
- Target ladder surveyed with respect to vacuum flange, then installed and resurveyed with respect to magnet.
- PMT's arrived. Expect to test them this week and install soon.
- Scintillator paddles have been added to ADC readouts. Gates added for scintillator signals.
- Roman is working on line by line conversion of Fortran analyzer to C++. Yay!
