Near term work plan (all)

• Installation of HV dividers on BB: April 18 for 3 weeks (3d/layer + 3 float days).
• BB APV status
  • 10 APVs with missing strips.
  • ~400 strips missing total (out of 30,720)
  • Only 2 APVs near the center of the acceptance, about 60 strips.
• Need 1 layer with HV divider upgrade for the SBS stack.
• HV divider upgrade for INFN GEMs
• Brad: update on date for install of SBS GEMs in Hall A.
  • Need 2-3 months for APVs for 10th SBS layer.
  • Need 1 week to install all dividers on BB GEMs and test.

Update on BB GEMs(Sean, Ezekiel, Holly, Anu)

• Negative tracking results - Sean

Update on UVa GEM layers for GEn-RP (Anu, John, Thir)
