Near term work plan (all)

• Installation of HV dividers on BB: April 18 for 3 weeks, upgraded dividers on back tracker and active on front 3 layers
• Thoughts on special run requests during GEn

Update on BB GEMs(Sean, Ezekiel, Holly, Anu)

• Negative signal tracking update

Update on INFN GEM layers for GEn-RP (Ezekiel, Holly, Evaristo)

• First x-ray test of parallel divider

DAQ updates (Ben, Bryan, Alex)

• Update on: need 2 DC working in Hall A
