Near term work plan

- Installation of HV dividers on BB: work plan

- Full readout studies for negative pulse studies and etc (Sean)
Update on INFN GEM layers for GEn-RP
- Ordering 0.5" spacers to install the INFN GEMs. The most upstream layer will move 0.5" upstream.
Update on UVa GEM layers for GEn-RP
- CAEN power supply with patch is ok. Have not been able to trip it yet. Plan to test on prototype GEM in the Hall next week. Could potentially be used on 1st layer of BB.
Update on BB GEMs
- Layer 1 was upgraded with parallel path divider and tested with CAEN hiVolta supply. Removed a bad HV sector. Re-installed with gas flow and swapped bad APVs.
- Negative CM bias correction
- Added CM DB file parsing to SBS-offline
DAQ updates (Ben, Bryan, Alex)

- FIR filter?
- Update on: need 2 DC working in Hall A
