GEM inventory for GEn-RP and GEp:

Work plan for GEn-RP

1. Testing RP layers in the Hall
   • See [3] and [4]
   • See [5] and [6]
2. Remove the SBS GEM stack around Jan 25 for HV upgrades and APV repairs/swaps.
   • Work on SBS GEM is 15 days until Feb 15.
   • We plan to swap modules to put the HV inputs on the same side
3. Build the SBS GEM bunker after the SBS and HCAL moved into position.
4. Joe B ordered some new GEM LV breakout boxes. We will continue to use the electronics/LV in place while we upgrade and troubleshoot.
   • Holly, Vimukthi coordinating with Joe
   • Second supply arrived if needed.
