GEM inventory for GEn-RP and GEp:

Work plan for GEn-RP

1. BBGEM work would start Dec 6th and end Dec 19th. This is the HV upgrades for the UV layers.
   • Vimukthi, Holly, Xinzhan, Saru + techs
   • Do we have what we need to do this?
   • Replace APVs?
2. Transport recoil detector, active analyzer into hall in late Jan. Should happen after re-install of SBS GEMs.
   • Need to upgrade HV on recoil layers and test. Early Jan?
   • Vimukthi, Bhasitha, Saru, ?
3. Remove the SBS GEM stack around Jan 25 for HV upgrades and APV repairs/swaps.
   • Work on SBS GEM is 15 days until Feb 15.
   • Will we swap modules to put the HV inputs on the same side?
   • What do we need to order now to be ready for this?
4. Build the SBS GEM bunker after the SBS and HCAL moved into position.
   • Holly will work with engineers and techs, but this will happen maybe Feb timeframe.
5. Arbitrarily put Joe B installing the GEM LV supply on Jan 8th. We will continue to use the electronics/LV in place while we upgrade and troubleshoot.
   • Holly, Vimuthi will coordinate with Joe
   • Need to verify this week what equipment we need.
