    • working on FADC scalers

  • ECal
    • Need 3 SDs and 2 VTPs for all ECal crates
    • put FADCs from GRINCH and ECAL in VXS crates
    • Hanjie finished cosmics trigger - 7 firmware for each crates - synthetized and pass to Ben to put in firmware - need to get SSP processing -

need to check with Ben , best place for SSD - cannot go in TS crate - maybe one ECal crate - 2 SSPs in cabinet

    • cluster thresholds - column thresholds ? X and Y position from target
    • Kip plan to put together a document for cluster information - document in progress
    • lookup table for coincidence - to be generated too

    • Low Voltage supply : Mark building for CDet - Mark wanted to reach out to Ben to ask question about control of LV ,bringing engineering student to help with that too - 3 crates in small bunker - need to have connected to internet

    • HV cables laid out at pivot to the setup
    • bring TDC cables to be laid next week
    • will install VXS crate - starting to make VETROC ECL adapter
  • Beamline
    • need to recable beamline
    • Ciprian can work on it in November, Paul will come to upgrade parity DAQ crate could help with beamline after
  • Helicity
    • helicity decoding board - Paul has one to be installed - can be added when recabling beamline crate
  • GEMs
    • histogramming method : need to setup VTP and optical to VXS in INFN clean room to test
    • testing MPD and APVs low level - Front tracker looks good, a few APVs causing issue maybe due to HDMI cable - is there a way to test HDMI cables ? HDMI tester - check reflection and bandwidth - HDMI tester not working - can do testing with MPD ? fisheye test might be a way to check the cable - using know good cables and APV and replace -
    • how to figure out if digital or analog  ? if all 4 analog has issues might be digital
    • test resistance of cable : small test setup to check for poor contact
    • checked with Ben to reload firmware at each
    • work on GUI to reset APV, MPDs
    • more LV channel to be installed by Lars
    • MPDs : split layers between 3 VTP crates to avoid VTP network bottleneck
  • Need reference time from trigger
